Overview

APIAny operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits are purchased in advance and can be used to access the services, APIs, models, and platform features available in your account.

By completing a credit purchase or recharge, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service, understand how prepaid credits work, and agree to this Refund Policy.

Prepaid Credits

When you purchase credits, the payment grants access to a prepaid service balance. Credits are not cash, stored value, legal tender, or a bank account balance. They may be used only within APIAny for supported services.

Unless otherwise stated by us in writing:

  • Credits are added to your account after payment is completed.
  • Credits can be used at any time while your account remains active.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Credits are not transferable between accounts.
  • Credits cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, or converted into cash.

No Refunds After Recharge

All credit purchases and recharges are final. Once a payment is completed and credits are added to your account, we do not provide refunds, cancellations, reversals, cash-outs, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.

This includes, without limitation:

  • unused credits;
  • partially used credit balances;
  • accidental or duplicate purchases made by the account holder;
  • changes in your project needs, model preferences, or usage plans;
  • dissatisfaction with a model result after the service has processed a request;
  • failure to use credits after purchase.

Service Access and Acknowledgement

Because APIAny provides digital, usage-based services that are available immediately after recharge, your purchase confirms that you request access to the service and accept that the prepaid balance is non-refundable.

You are responsible for reviewing pricing, model availability, account settings, and intended usage before completing a recharge.

Failed or Interrupted Requests

If a platform request fails in a way that is eligible for automatic credit return under our usage accounting rules, the remedy is a credit adjustment to your APIAny account, not a monetary refund.

We may review technical incidents, duplicate charges, payment processor errors, or account-specific issues at our discretion. Any correction will normally be made as a credit adjustment unless applicable law requires another remedy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed recharge, we may suspend access to the related account while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to deduct disputed credits, restrict service access, or close accounts involved in abusive payment activity, subject to applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
